Rental

We operate in both hiring as well as rental properties. In particular, we mediate the rental of houses and apartments in the free sector. These are generally unfurnished and/or furnished.

When hiring, we act exclusively for you, as our client. However, we do have a network of other real estate agents who have many searchers on file. Thus, there is more opportunity to move very quickly and find a suitable tenant. We can also market the property for you. This is always determined by mutual agreement.

Reliable tenants

We are committed to finding reliable and solvent tenants. Of course, we screen potential tenants.

Rental roadmap

Our work in brief:

• During the introductory meeting, we look at the property and determine a fair rental price.
• In close consultation with you, we prepare a personalized rental plan.
• If desired, we will have the property professionally photographed.
• After approval of all the documents, we submit the property to the network of Funda Pararius and our own network.
• We conduct viewings and discuss progress.
• We conduct the negotiations with the potential tenant.
• We screen the tenant and check the documents provided.
• We draft the lease.
• We organize the delivery, called the check-in.
• At the end of the rental period, we handle check-out.
